People who cannot differentiate serious from non-serious crimes. And partison vs. non-partison. If Richard Nixon had not resigned, he would have been convicted Overwhelmingly by a bi-partison vote. That's a BIG difference between that case and this one. No way to deny it. Anyway, did I notice a 55-45 vote to acquit on one count, and 55-55? Who were these people, Wiggles? I didn't know the dems had a majority in the Senate. What happened? Were they LISTENING to their electorate for a change? Gosh, how refreshing.

Prosecutors who try to make deals with people ON THE CONDITION THAT THEY DO NOT CONFER WITH THEIR LAWYERS. I guess anyone with an IQ over 10 would agree that such a prosecuter must be fired and investigated.
