Toby, I like your joke about about how much the pictures are worth. LOL. Thanks for reading and posting the extracts from the 10-K. No wonder Doug and his crew have been so quite. Here I thought that the financing was in place and that was why ETPI was doing FOCUS & FINISH. Didn't Larry say that the financing was signed and there would not be any interest on it for a year? What are the possibility of selling some of the divisions to generate enough cash to finish the others? Must not be a good idea or ETPI's management would have already thought about it. <<ggg.>> I would say "Go ETPI!!!" but I think ETPI needs something stronger than that. Scoobey
