He certainly made that case. Seemed very confident. A good conference call, however short. He verified many of the points presented here by annual meeting participants. Total patents = about 400, either granted or in process. Lev believes Valence are the only company that can make a large (e.g. 4X4 laptop) battery that is safe. Indicated their first product would be the 4X4. Said there were indications that others would violate patents if they marketed a product, and said Valence would pursue. Oppenheimer and Smith Barney were on the call.
