martin, Too bad we have Leland Wilson as our CEO with his head still stuck up his ass. He gives the shorts little worry or fear about getting caught in a gap up if a domestic partner gets announced. The shorts are playing on the fact that us Vivus longs will become so frustrated and finally give up and give our shares away to their cover for next to nothing. Not a chance. As Mark said, they will have to pull my shares out of my cold stiff fingers if they really want them.
