As long as you accept the other side and agree that there are no innocent people on death row. That's the problem with liberals parroting the line you do -- when it comes to the other side, and truly innocent people are convicted of crimes and given the death penalty (which does happen--I can't defend EVERY case in the US) you have to refuse to pick and choose and let them die.

Me, I recognize that the judicial system is a system of humans with human frailties, it works a surprisingly high percentage of the time, but it is on occasion wrong and when wrong, I don't pretend it was right.

I CAN choose to see the facts and realize that some people were misslead at the expense of justice. Nothing at all can explain all of OJ's blood at the scene, nor the fact the the 30+ photos of the Bruno Magli shoes that turned up during the civil trial, OJ murdered Nicole in my reasoned view.

No one here has (or in congress) successfully been able to (or even tried to) refute Clinton's lies or cover-up. He lied, He obstructed, 80% people believe that to be true. I believe that to be true that Clinton commited perjury. I therefore believe that Clinton committed a felony in my reasoned view.

Even you, I'll Lie Gator, have never refuted the charges instead you've tried to obfuscate the facts with diversions to right wing tactics. The man committed a felony, plain simple truth. You however do not have the standard to relieve the man of his office. However, if that man was President Henry Hyde, and he did exactly the same thing as Clinton, you'ld be one of the first to convict. I'ld convict as well if it was the same circumstances. That's where our standards differ. I do not have the double standard that you try to live in your life.
