Regarding the laminate sales. I heard Lev say that they had been approached by someone wanting to buy their laminate. I got the impression that he was not really that interested in selling to other than VLNC's partners.

Lev's response to the question about the Barrons article:

'Two producers, both using cobalt. their announced energy densities were less than Valence's. Their announced production capacities were *well below* Valence's. The cell sizes announced are smaller than Valence's smallest battery. (ed. note: not because of need, since Valence can make that small, if they want to), because they cannot make them larger without having safety problems.'

These comments were NEW, and not made at the shareholder's meeting.
