I like the fact that Faber, who announced the AV spinoff and the possible pact with Time-Warner, is able to get on the horn and talk directly to EP and is, apparently, still sniffing out a story(could the Time-Warner deal still be cooking?). Doesn't matter who called whom, just the fact that THEY ARE IN TOUCH! This is further indication that an announcement is imminent. I view the Faber/EP relationship as GOOOOOOOOOD!!! El
