I would play this very conservatively and only project month end gains to determine June 1st price targets...

I believe that a 10pt gain per month is realistic and conservative. Sure, we could have 10pt gains in a day. However, if we take into consideration any sell offs that come our way, a 10pt gain per month is more realistic.

Based on these assumptions here is what I see...

AOL end of Feb.......168 10pt gain from friday's close.
AOL end of Mar.......178 10pt gain.
AOL end of Apr........188 10pt gain.
AOL end of May.......198 10pt gain.

So, I expect at the least a price of 198 before split on AOL by June 1st. However, announcement of a major broadband strategic alliance or venture for AOL distribution will change the estimates much higher than shown.
