I don't think the opposition to the merger comes on the basis of Barry Diller's future role. I think the opposition is based on the hypothetical calculations that show that LCOS shareholders are not getting fair value for value.

No one has said -- no one CAN say -- that the equivalent value of a LCOS share in this deal is $xx (or $xxx).
