Unfortunately, someone from the House leadership staff (not mentioning names until after I ring their necks!) couldn't resist a partisan spin, and Roll Call obliged. Y2K is not a partisan issue, and if anyone tries to make it one, then we might as well kiss good-bye any chance of getting a liability bill. Maybe it's time for that drink! :-(

The House legislation should be dropped on the 23rd or 24th.
