It will be 4 additional shares in addition to what you already have. I have 2000 shares from 2 days ago and I was told by IR this morning I will have 8000 additional shares delivered to my account for total of 10000 shares next week. As TAP mentioned current price of $1 is actually an increas in share price since yesterday adjusted for the dilution. My only question is what will happen to the price once the dilution is fully credited next week. John

a side note. I was looking into the tax rules (IRS) and it appears (haven't confirmed with a cpa yet) that if the 4:1 occurs as a dividend, then it is considered to be a taxable event.

The value of the shares you receive as a dividend is taxable as a dividend on your income taxes.
