I've so far lost a fair bit of change Steve but I do appreciate you hanging in there under some rough circumstances. Enjoy your weekend. Calvin

Steve

Please provide an example.

IF a director has 300,000 options at .16 cents at 5 - 1 split would
mean

....?

Steve and All

The role back is only good for those people who have shares upwards of of about 300,000 thousand or so.

For example when the stock is rolled back it will be trading at about 15 cents. When the stock goes up to 23 or 24 cents on huge volume all the directors will be dumping while the rest of us are waiting for it to go higher.

The average investor with a few thousand shares will profit nothing from this role back.

It is only for the benefit of those who have a lot of shares, the directors.

Please everyone Vote against a roll back
