TRAN closed below 200MDA, 3096.89 vs 3097.20. But I don't know how picky those Dow Theorists are about a silly little 0.31 difference. Is that some sort of confirmation BTW? I'd say no new confirmation as we have no new low in DJIA or DJTA but the weakness in both is obvious...the Util have been flashing a sell signal even though they are not past of the D Jones Theory. The DJUA have given a buy signal today based on a momentum divergence in the 14 day RSI...but it could rally a little make a new low and give a double divergence.
