Vlad, you perplexes me. First, SA most likely will be most mightily happy to see more civil unrest in rivaling countries. Then what kind of investment strategy it is to rely on "the US will step in and tell the Saudis to turn down the well taps"! Never it will happen, for this crisis benefits US. As for the investing in OS - right, one should buy low. But the cold reasoning is telling us that this low most likely is still below of the present level. Hence, sell now and wait for that low. More likely than not, that will be very, very long waiting.
