Here are some notes on CC. I will follow with the Q an A's from CC
shortly.

(I am the Prudential Financial Advisor (and shareholder) who asked the questions concerning sources of new financing and production
speeds.)

Burned $9.6 million..a great deal was payment for capital equipment received the previous 2 quarters.
Currently employing 154 people in NI and about 50 at Henderson.
Movie at SM showed "most of the major segments" of production line in NI.
Differences in technology used by Valence. Important to understand
that Valence battery uses Manganese Oxide a material without excess
lithium in it..enables VLNC to make a safe large battery. All of the
other manufacturers use cobalt oxide..that have safety difficulties
mostly in the area of over-charge..contains twice as much lithium as it (battery) needs...if all of the lithium is extracted the cobalt becomes unstable...leads to very dangerous and unsafe condition.

Others cannot make a cobalt battery in a polymer bag using a pressure activiated release mechanism..bag cannot withhold pressure. Making a cobalt battery in a plastic polymer bag won't past important safety tests.
Cannot make a large battery using cobalt.....only very small batteries...
"a competitive disadvantage". VLNC can make batteries that are quite large using manganese.
Manganese in our battery cycling at room temperature at far beyond 500 plus per battery. (Cobalt batteries do cylce well.)

I sensed that Lev was trying to tell us that the Valence technology was worth waiting for...to say the least.
