Claude - I agree with you totally that although mistakes are made in start up companies and they are not in complete compliance, a relatively small percentage actually have legal actions by the SEC against them...

Most companies are given time to comply without legal action against them. They are given time to meet SEC Rules and be in compliance.

You won't convince most of these folks on this thread of that Claude, in their minds the SEC is the bad guy for not accepting Guido's creative calculations. It has been stated on the MINE threads that Guido, "took the SEC Geologist to school". Of course, the SEC is trying to protect shareholders but in GE's case but they are supposed to throw procedure and rules to the wind, just believe in the 200M Incan gold, and let GE slide.

I hope the rabid supporters are all correct about Guido's report. I still have shares. Time will tell.
