Toy, A part of the reason why it will hit 100 (post split)at the end of march is that it does split. That trial is going to see some delays in March due to Boies' other committments (2 to 3 weeks). It is not going to get wrapped up until late April by my guess. The judge is not going to give an instant decision either--expecting it in the summer. Office 2000 comes out in late March. The build up to earnings will be great. That is why it goes to 100 post split and 110 by earnings.
