ALL: Short any IPOs lately? Hey, you can't short IPOs. Right? ? . .WRONG. .

You can short-sell ANYTHING that your broker will allow. Regardless of U.S. Securities Regs and suspensions that violators may face. . .certain brokers simply 'look the other way' when it comes to allowing their very best customers to short-sell.

And that includes the IPOs on their FIRST DAY OF ISSUE. And no broker in America will allow it. . .then short-sellers just go outside America. In Canada, anyone can short-sell any OTC- BB stock whenever they wish.

No wonder so many from Vancouver spend their winters in Boca. It is like shooting fish in a barrel.

I would think that as more and more individuals choose to focus on short strategies, that there will be more and more short-selling of IPOs.

So again, before getting into any stock, including IPOs, in a major way. . . do full-text searches on SI to see who may be playing the other way. . . [VERT, PRGY, HLTH this week] . . .and keep one eye open.

Not really trying to spoil everyone's day with all this. . .it just comes out as I hear comments on CNBC or elsewhere.
