I called IR and they stated: We have tried to contact all parties(brokers etc) but some are still giving out incorrect info. According to them this is the split price and the stock has actually gone up today according to IR.

ATTENTION SOWK FANS....According to Mr Cornwell IR for SOWK Dow Jones News which most brokerages use typed the PR as a stock split instead of a dividend, perhaps this is the reason some brokerages say there will be a split on 2/16. The company decided to record it as a dividend instead of a stock split to save time and money! You can reach Mr Cornwell or Mr. Johnston at 1 888 259 8333. T.A.P. was as confused this morning as the rest of you and as soon as we saw the price was indicated to open where it did , sent out the alert to use caution if buying shares today and posted for everyone to call SOWK and your broker to be safe. Tuesday won't get here soon enough ! Then we all will know for sure!
