A relative of mine is in a top management position at Motorola Canada and I asked him about RIM. He told me that they are an amazing company and have worried Motorola because they have taken away a lot of market share with their new 2-way pagers. He told me that they are a well run company and their management is very bright and aggressive. On a recent Motorola convention in Orlando, he told me that Motorola's new 2-way pagers being used in the States have become very popular among executives and their families. And he told me that they love them. He even suggested to me that he was going to buy some RIM stock himself! I have been loading up on this over the last few weeks. I think RIM's product is much superior to any Motorola has on the market. Motorola has been lagging lately and has allowed the competition to come to them full steam. Has anybody heard the same of have any comments?
