Yahoo poses a good question concerning the 8% royalty which Valence avoids with the Mn electrode. We have assumed that this applies to the Belcore arrangement. Does it? As I understand it, the Belcore license refers to the concept of enclosing the electrolyte and electrodes in a plastic matrix, or variants thereof. In other words, a concept delineating certain arrangements for the purpose of constructing a plastic battery. The question is, does this necessarily include Co as an electrode material.
