Howard Jonas owns over 12,000,000 shares. Other insiders are compensated sometimes up to 50% on stock options, which they are granted yearly at the then market price and which can be exercised at any time within a ten year period. Therefore there is no reason whatsoever for insiders to be buying shares.

Recently at the annual meeting the stock option plan was changed so that all options would become immediately exercisable in the event of a spinoff or merger.
