The people were posting on the Yahoo chat boards and there were actual court orders sent to the various ISP's in order to uncover their true identities. A bit of a landmark case actually! And yes I agree, what you post is nothing on the order of what was posted in that Phillips thread. I may not agree with what you say, but I don't believe you've ever slandered the company or any of its principals.
