CMOZ.. My guess.. gap open Tuesday... I am basing my opinion on the trading activity on Friday and the potential for a short squeeze... the internet craze has been fueled by promotion around future expectations... no doubt about it, I don't think anyone will argue with the facts, Amozon and others trading at spectacular multiples (1,500 X and more) confirms this... so... with CMOZ, right now it really doesn't matter what revenues they have but what type of promotion they are putting together around future expectations (the momentum is in these types of plays, this is the way they are valued, I didn't make the new rules, I just play by them)... on Friday they clearly stated they are working on two acquisitions... they have three days to either conclude one of these acquisitions or enter into at least another type of relationship, (could be a strategic joint venture, relationship with a major player, a licence for distribution, whatever)... the point I am making is that there is the potential for a press release Tuesday... this will result in MM and traders buying and likely the shorts starting to cover as they realize that more is coming from the company and it might be a bit pre-mature to short at these levels... that is what happened with every internet company todate... look at GO2NET... not much different in shorting strategy, the shorts were pushed back and back and back, in fact, the several short sqeezes that occurred in that play helped the stock to get to the levels it is at today... we should thank the shorts for playing with the stock... one other comment, in all my converstations with the company, they state that financing(s) are being worked on through their IR firm in California (that is partly why they hired them)... 504, 505 and RegA.... and believe me, the investment sharks that usually float around a play like this want the best deal possible and I am betting that they have been shorting to hold the price in check... TUESDAY should be very interesting...
