Yes, I would. Put the question this way: List all the things you could do with $5,000,000.... all the people you could help, all the disfigured people you could set right, all the blind you could give sight to, all the misery you could assuage, all the lives you could transform. Read the list and ask yourself what kind of psychopath you would be to say, Nah, it's much more important that my husband not have sex with someone else for a day... I'd feel bad, but I'd get over it (in some lovely spot) and I'd agree to it. First I'd see if I could be the one who performed the service instead of him, though... Hell, I might even insist he do it even if he weren't agreeable to the proposition. In fact, I'd prefer that dynamic, I think!
