Let me get this straight. You sound like Chris can't win a case. You are a lawyer with a client who is truly innocent in a capital crime. All there is is circumstantial evidence that can go either way. You would want a Barr, Lott, Hyde or that ilk on a jury? Only if you were an idiot or a prosecutor. Right Chris lose a lot?
