HHHP, sounds good to me, buy for 0.08 sell for $2;

common shares at a price of $0.08 US per share. The private placement will be completed
pursuant to Rule 504 of Regulation D promulgated pursuant to the United States Securities
Act of 1933. The proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund the business of
