Winzer - after the board grants the options they have to file with the exchange and wait while the paper work is shuffled around. The release today would seem to indicate that the VSE has put their stamp on the filing. Directors and employees should now be ready when the action begins. Hopefully this will be soon. I did note that TOM Capital had warrants to acquire 500,000 shares of Glimmer expiring Jan. 4, 1999 (Don't know at what price) - no news about this so have to assume they were not exercised. james
