Mary, Wow, is Siemens out of touch. Intel will dominate servers like they do pcs? Uh, didn't the Siemens geek read the news today that many stores don't even carry Intel processors in the pc boxes they sell?

Of course, he is right on the corporate side of pcs, where Intel has yet to lose their franchise. <G>

- I would be surprised if they end up employing Merced. McKinley, maybe. That rumoured little problem is only one of several.
Only problem is that the "Intel inside" motto will need to be modified to "Hewlett Packed". (g) Only kidding. The motto won't be changed. The true brains always operate behind the scenes and eschew public recognition.
