More on CC Q The Patents? A Over 400...that are in various stages of preparation and documentation...and working their way through the patent office. The patent position of the company is very strong. No one in the industry has anything like we have....I don't know how to make a battery without violating any of these patents..There are strong indications that some people are violating our patents if they release the product...we will aggressively pursue any body that does... Q Others making Lithium Batteries? A. All other manufactures are trying to make cobalt oxide batteries using lithium polymer. We make a lot of them for the military..and for Alient Tech. (sp) we are very familiar with the technology but would not want to make them for the general public......we just don"t think that it is safe..or know how to make it safe...we don't want to pay the 8% royalty on gross sales...we have a royalty free license to use Mn Oxide..we established the use of Mn oxide safely and with good cycle life .. good temperature performance ..and its a heck of a lot safer...so it makes it possible for us to make LARGE batteries...batteries of any size without any concerns for safety. ...and no 8% royalty payments..
