Hope it is someone else--Loca doesnt seem like the best way to go at any takeover price. It wan't too clear that they were particularly well-financed. Let Loca and someone else fight it out. Maybe it is time for CHGO top bowwor some money, buy the land under a restaurant or something else that might put a chink in a takeover.How to do it is beyond my scope. Any ideas?

Agreed. In his last SEC filing, he stated that he might add to his position.

Why not buy at $1-3/4? Certainly better than the $2 he was offering in the buyout. I think he will try and accumulate as much as he can in the $1-3/4 to $2 range, then try another buyout offer, perhaps at $2-1/4 to $2-1/2.
