Nicholas, I run a scan looking for a CANSLIM type stocks using something like the EPS/QRS Scan on Brookes website of QP2/WOW/ & Metastock Formulas. This scan is originally based on the Brookins FA Scan by Henry Brookins. This is only FA scan I use but I don't limit my stocks to just these. I pick the mjaority of the stocks purely on a technical basis. There are many ways to attack the market. You have to find what works for you.
