Thanks.... So, they present their Plan of Reorganization to the courts for approval? Assuming its approved, they would emerge from Ch. 11 but would have to operate under the Plan until the creditors were paid off?? For what its worth, I worked for a company that did that. They were able to expand and significantly add to their bottom line during that period. Hoping for the best!!! Donna
