Dear Mr. Stryker

Thank you.

I find it encouraging that you are taking steps to resolve this issue, as it is of paramount importance.

And as I mentioned, you may want to look into the issue of lagging quotes in the Stock Box LII (and T&S) in the last 3 minutes of trading or so. This happened today, and yesterday - again critical times for a daytrader exiting positions for the day.

I look forward to a speedy resolution of these issues, and am happy that you acknowledge efforts in that direction.

Regards,

Morgan

Stryker, while your at it can you comment on why there is a hold up with allowing us to access a news server, your institutional clients have it,, whats the barrier? Its commonly available on the market at about 75 bucks a month. Certainly with your firm electing to not provide a 1-800 number or 1-888 number for contact for general or even emergency inquiries certainly monies are being saved for other value added services. Also is it not wise to make known in a general sense to new traders that your cyber smartkeys can potentially be very dangerous if using to exit a fast moving security. I personally spoke with euro and he advised me that he was unable to exit for at least 10 minutes until the close of the market using cybersmart market and smart market keys, leading to a major haircut the next day on a security. He mentioned that it was apparently related to the soes function which cyber told him, after the fact, if not deactivated could make it very difficult to get out in a fast mover due to the mm cues. Is this true and what is a solution?

Please respond.
