I guess Dahl and Kyllmann dont want any real result to come out until they have sold some more shares

Just want to point out that the earlier stock sales of Jeff and Patricio hardly point to a stock sell off but with Jeff selling a handful (of his enormous holdings) and buying some back at a lower price I'd say the fellow is having fun 'day trading' and that it could in fact be an indicator of better things to come.
