Here's my 2 cents. This is a BB stock, no financial information out there. How can anybody with real money invest in it without knowing basic parameters such as the number of outstanding shares, assets, etc. WIth any stock on nasdaq you can readily obtain this information via AOL, Yahoo, Excite, etc, but not with this company. How would you know is there are 700,000 issued shares if there's no published data readily obtainable? If somebody can prove to me there are only 10million shares outstanding I will immediately double my holdings on this, considering the prospects of this company in the VOIP area which my Sharewatcher Irish friend has privately shared with me.
