Do these scholarly demons want us to question the theological agendas of the apostolic "editors", but avoid questioning their own agendas? The Jesus seminar lacks only one ingredient if they are to achieve credibility in the Chritian community, the Holy Spirit. The condition of these "scholars" was well defined by the Holy Spirit in Scripture as men 'who are always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth'. Without faith and revelation, men speak only from the futility of their unrenewed imaginations and emotions. Scholarship and "Bible Codes" cannot penetrate the mysteries of Christ, only the Holy Spirit. The acquistion of the Holy Spirit requires a humble mind and a contrite heart, qualities far removed from arrogant and puffed up minds
