>> I understand that the Aquasol court case may be done in mid march. Napier has repeatedly stated that the merger will still go on after this issue is over. I personally don't believe that Aquasol could add as much to the bottom line as Napiers own products can, however it seems that there were many others with an opinion contrary to mine last spring. <<

Re: Products Synergy

While Napier's SV-35 may be gaining share in various niche markets, it is still a relatively new product. SV-35 is still in the struggling infancy stage of marketing IMHO (GO Napier sales guys, GO!).

The Aquasol product has a somewhat established niche market, and I believe that the Aquasol product compliments SV-35, they fit together or 'dove-tail' rather well in the coatings refurbishing segment.

I'm still not sure what Brad's strategy was with Consolidated Ecoprogress, or how "synergistic" or complimentary the CES and NIR products might be towards each other. A cosmetics product perhaps, nail polish remover based on an SV-35 formulation? A coatings removal system that somehow incorporates B-9(TM) film? FWIW, I'd like to see more of a correlation.

I currently believe that Aquasol is the most 'mature' product at this point, followed then by SV-35 and finally B-9. Once all these products are able to mature and more fully penetrate the market though, it remains to be seen which product is the most valuable in generating revenues.
