Kaiser dropped bombshell Jan 21st that management refuses to answer!

Charters brief comment in July, '98 was completely off-the-cuff and unsubstantiated and any "salting" comments were not taken seriously until January 21st when Kaiser dropped a bombshell revealing that the value of the 3 largest stones were 75% of the value of the entire 1200 stones, and that the 3 largest averaged $2,000/carat, or 40 times higher than the average value of the next 22 largest stones from 1 to 5 carats which were under $50/carat.

Kaiser did not "lash out at...Charters for starting the rumour" but simply said Charters off-hand comment made him think about the possibility, which Kaiser did not write about until he had credible irrefutable evidence discussed in the Jan. 21st report - 6 months later!

Gung-ho says the salting allegation have "all but faded", but solid evidence cannot "fade" and will continue to fester until the questions are answered by management allowing the diamonds to be analyzed by an independent diamond expert with experience detecting the unique "signature" of each diamond deposit!!!

More people each day are asking why management will not allow this inspection!!!!

Hello Again Gord, I briefly spoke with Sophie this afternoon (I had her fax me the DB report as the U.S. Deutsche Brokers don't have a clue).

1. Everyone is in Camp. Drilling is to start any moment. WSP will put out a NR when the drills (three) start turning. I figure "Halt" Monday A.M. or a N.R. after the bell.

2. The Bulk sample will be processed at one of Three Plants locally. WSP will not say which plant, But Time has been aquired at one of the three. The secrecy is for security reasons. This argument I buy as The Companies future is at stake here. I don't recall ABZ or DMM telling where their Bulk was being processed.

3. One drill will probe the Lake for the Source and anywhere else that they see fit. The other two drills will in escence prove up tonnage.

4. The Deutsche Bank report WILL NOT be sent to Shareholders like someone pointed out. You must call Sophie and she will be glad to fax it to you. Ask nicely as this lady has been under alot of pressure of late. If someone isn't sure about something that's being posted on the Internet....... Call Sophie or Randy and get the record straight. That's what they are there for. It's your money and it's worth the quarter on the phone call.
