The whole point of moving so quickly and forward with the vote in the House, even with forces engaged in Iraq . . . I'm confused about your memory regarding the sequence of events: As I recall, the House impeachment proceedings were ongoing and had just reached a crucial point when Clinton uncharacteristically ordered a military strike against Iraq, thus placing the lives of thousands of U.S. soldiers in jeopardy.
