During his tenure at National Tech Team, Niemiec was a key member of the management team which was responsible for a $6 million to $60 million growth in revenue, as well as an employee base that surged from 50 to over 1100 employees. From 1986 to 1990, Niemiec held the position of technical vice president at American Financial Consulting Company, and prior to that, was a senior consultant with Industrial Networking Incorporated. Niemiec received his B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
