All,
I've updated my site regarding this weeks action in the New Highs/New Lows. Both the 20 day MA and 50 day MA of the Fraction NH are dropping like a rock.

If you look back to right after June 98 on the chart, you can see that the Dow made a new high but the 50 day MA just barely inched up, giving a leading sell signal.

Over the last two months or so, the Dow has remained in a trading range from about 9000 to 9500. During this time, both the 20 day MA and the 50 day MA of the Fraction NH have both declined.
