Kurt I have to agree with your analysis. Occasionally, I watch GMGC on level II. Obviously, there is not much to watch, I could see more activity watching my fern grow. lol Anyway, I have noticed buyers just sitting at 5 1/2 for the past few weeks. When GMGC dips to 5 1/2 they all get sucked up. Then a day or so later they all appear again. So what you are saying fits the level II picture. Staight Up

I agree this is what is keeping us down. kurt i posted this on yahoo ----------------------- last 30 days total .............. trading volume = 31,746,400 tradepbs.com (convertibles) lets throw out some numbers out of this what percent were converted ? 1% = 317,464 2% = 634,928 3% = 952,392 4% = 1,269,856 5% = 1,587,320 somebody mentioned from the jan meeting that half the shares had been converted,about 2,500,000(amount? not sure) was left. Wirelessknowledge will start trials in 2 weeks (Reported yesterday) is this when the ax will be removed. march 10th, i believe is the date for earnings maybe this could be the target date for convert's, just Speculating. Something else to think about,maybe GMGC is waiting for the coverts to finish doing their thing before announcing the intuit or qwest deal to get the full impact. We just have to wait for that target date. opinion's?
