< What will the CB's do with their gold reserves? >

Like any other sensible investor, the CB's will buy tons of GOLD and thereby add to their Gold reserves as the Stock and Bond Market continue to decline and inflation resurfaces.

P.S. Ron, you are so one dimensional and narrow minded its pathetic. You just can not get outside of your own narrow point of view. The Reality and Truth of Life is Change! Can't you see the change in trend? Japan has had it with Big Brother U.S. Intimidation and they are just beginning to sell their Treasury holdings. Just wait till the Chinese start doing the same later this Year! The U.S. Stock Market is finished!

Ron,

Despite all the BS you here to the contary, CBs have actually sold less gold in the last few years than in many past years.

<<This is still the variable that eludes all goldbugs or precious metals investors. What will the CBs do with their gold reserves.>>

If it becomes a defacto currency, I would think they would do the smart thing - hold on to it or buy more.

Paper gold certificates may not be worth much in a crunch .... the same as dollars.
