Did you happen to ask her about the status of all of the lawsuits against CYMI and its management? No, I didn't. The way I've seen these suits play themselves out before is A.)the unified action will drag through the courts for several years with one party emerging victorious, or B.)the company will pay the extortion fee, er I mean, "settlement". If you are interested in the matter, maybe you should call the company yourself. Logic dictates that all they can tell you is they are taking the matter to court. I would not expect her to give you the details of Cymer's case being pending litigation and all. Bob
