Hi Bob,

who said there is a flame now?

<< Lord I wish someone would simply drive by the damn thing and provide an observation of the flame size compared"......to what???

Lord et al gave me that opportunity a month ago and what did I see?
A lot of fog, almost drove into a tickling ditch. (Blame it on my friend Aidan.)

Not to be discouraged but slightly intimidated, I returned on foot when the fog lifted and what did I see? The biggest corkscrew in the world standing by, waiting to kill the biggest dragon in the world.

Do you really think I could tell anything from the size of the flame
and the amount of steam that beast was spewing out? I'd have to live there! (ELK has a man living there, measuring just that, but then....)

These things are relative, Bob. A month earlier, people we crashing into each other on the interstate, staring at the blaze and the glow instead of the road ahead of them. Does this mean the "flow" was greater? Not at all. The nights were clearer, the waters were calmer and....I'm rambling again but you get the point.

For those who don't....ask Mr. Walsh.
