Per your words....Andrew...let me answer your question...

WRONG....TSIG...probably paid him SQUAT.....

Misrepsresentation of the terms for a deal is a breach of contract...

Piercy, if he's lucky, should be happy getting away with his tail between his legs...and NOT A BIG FAT LAWSUIT......

Though, with Piercy, sounds like TSIG would have to get in line...be to early into their business cycle to make damage claims...and thus just most likely parted company without offering any buy-out...or compensation in the form of shares...
