I play Dell options often 99% of the time calls. I was holding FEb 120 calls and watching the stock like a hawk. Tuesday market close in the last minute, something happened to knock the call price down from 1 to 3/4. Wed opening while Cisco & Intel rallied hard, Dell fell to 93 ----- TUESDAY SOMETHING LEAKED OUT ---- Thursday, the stock behaved aneamic compared to Cisco and Intel and now the cat is out of the bag! Michael Dell also noticeably was paled by Gateway's comfort with estimates, what I mean is that he was much more reserved than usual and the day he spoke at the conference the stock was un-effected. This all happened way before the announcement today!
