Hello Ted. You bring up some good points of discussion. If it was a P&D I agree that the price going to 3 is not a substantial pump however if you were sitting on a few million shares at a three dollar price tag isn't all that bad either if you picked them up on an option at .25 or so, right? I am concerned about the 20 million shares or so that were supposed to be restricted and what sort of options were they purchased at? If they were sold at .25 to raise capitol and then sold off as the price increased we would be getting some serious dilution.

I have not discussed the Tapie issue at all with Bendov but would be interested to see what he had to say about it. There a lot of unanswered questions here that need to be addressed. I haven't heard from Bendov since my last e-mail and hope that this is nothing to be concerned about, however let it be noted that he has always responded in a prompt manner. Hopefully he is busy trying to make something happen.

As for the old COHI thread, one thing comes to mind when I read through all the post. Where did these technicians that were supposed to build a website come from and where are they now? It was supposed to be an internet based breakthrough in technology. Where are these people or are they fictitious characters?

If I end up using my shares for wallpaper, I hope IF this is a scam that all the people involved in the scam end up having plenty of wallpaper of their own. Who knows, they may have enough to wallpaper a few houses if they didn't get out in time.

If anyone out there who is involved with this deal wants to save face and continue this deal, IMO they need to come forward with information soon. The shareholders of this shell are getting tired of broken promises and pipe dreams. JMHO

Pulled this Starnet number off the old board from the news release back then. Maybe we should all call this number and see if anyone's home. The number is at the bottom of the page.
