Undervalued to say the least. A conservative valuation would be 24 and with an IPO it could be worth much more.

Shtirlitz,

I agree with your post except for the Valuation of the Company. The Company never should have been at $4. From what I remember, a minor lawsuit concerning the advertising of the ISP service, scared Wallstreet from this fairly new stock. The stock dropped from the mid teens to $4 on that news. So, if we consider that $14 not an unreasonable price for the stock, $14 was probably its fair value 2 years ago, leaving a return of 0%(most stock can beat that), not 350%. And if $14 was its fair value 2 years ago before its run to $40, with all the changes and growth IDTC has gone through since then, $14 is hardly what I would consider a fair value today. If anything, Wallstreet does have some confidence problems with IDTC.

We do however both come to the same conclusion that the stock is undervalued.

The next couple weeks should be quite interesting. Spinning off IDTC's internet businesses should ultimately change the way Wallstreet values the company giving all of us long investors a nice reward. Now all we need is for this speculation to come to fruition.
